Jaguars Sign Harris; waive Stephens, White

The Jacksonville Jaguars today signed middle linebacker Rashad Harris and waived safety Fred White and linebacker Conner Stephens.

Harris played for the Barcelona Dragons of the NFL Europe League this spring. He is a 6-2, 241-pounder from the University of Louisville. He went to training camp with the Cincinnati Bengals in 2001 after being signed as an undrafted rookie. Harris, 22, is a native of Athens, Ala.

White signed with the Jaguars as a first-year free agent on April 2. He had previous tryouts with the San Francisco 49ers and San Diego Chargers. Stephens was an undrafted rookie out of Mississippi State who was signed on May 1.
