The Jaguars have signed OT Garrick Jones to a contract and waived FB Rich Young. Jones was one of five players who attended last weekend's minicamp on a tryout basis. He is a 6-5, 311-pound rookie from Arkansas State. Young, a first-year player, had originally been signed on January 11. The Jaguars' roster is still at 92 players.
