The Jaguars today signed defensive end Jeremy Mincey to contract. The 6-3, 265-pound defensive end had spent the previous nine weeks on the Jaguars' practice squad. He was on the active roster but inactive for the final three games of the 2006 season after being signed off the San Francisco practice squad on Dec. 14, 2006. The Statesboro, Ga. native was originally drafted by New England in the sixth round of the 2006 NFL Draft out of Florida.
