The Jacksonville Jaguars today announced the signing of RB Roger Graham.
A 5-10, 212-pounder from the University of New Haven, Graham won the 1993 Harlon Hill Trophy, given annually to the best player in Division II. He finished his college career with 5,953 rushing yards and 7,216 all-purpose yards to rank in the top five of players from all divisions. As a senior, he was named co-Player of the Year after gaining 1,607 yards on 278 carries (5.8-yard average).
Graham, 23, was signed as an undrafted free agent rookie by the Dallas Cowboys in 1995 before being waived on August 23.
Graham is the sixth player to sign a contract with the Jaguars since the end of the season. The Jaguars now have 67 players on their roster.
