The Jacksonville Jaguars today announced the signing of WR Tony Kimbrough, a third-year
veteran.
Kimbrough, 25, was with the Carolina Panthers during the 1995 preseason before being waived on August 22 after four games. He was claimed by the Panthers after being released by the Denver Broncos. He spent the 1993 and '94 seasons with the Broncos, playing in 27 games and making 10 receptions for 99 yards. He did not play during the 1995 regular season.
Kimbrough was a seventh-round pick of the Broncos in 1993 out of Jackson State, where he was a third-team All-America as a senior.
The Jaguars now have 66 players on their roster.
