Jaguars-Steelers to be Televised

Sunday's 2001 season opener between the Jaguars and Pittsburgh Steelers will be televised in the Jacksonville area.

The game had to be sold out by 1:00 p.m. Thursday to avoid being blacked out according to NFL guidelines. It will be televised regionally on CBS and locally on WJXT Channel 4.

Tickets are still available and can be purchased at the Jaguars Ticket Office, by visiting the Internet at www.jaguars.com , or by calling calling 1-866-4-JAGS-TIX (credit card only). Single-game ticket prices are $40, $50, $65 and $90 per ticket.
