Fred Taylor finished with nine carries for 67 yards (7.4 avg.) and one touchdown. Taylor surpassed Jimmy Smith (69 TDs) for the most touchdowns in franchise history with his 70th career score.
##### JONES-DREW MOVES INTO THIRD PLACE IN FRANCHISE HISTORY FOR RUSHING YARDS Maurice Jones-Drew moved into third place in franchise history for career rushing yards, surpassing Mark Brunell (2,219). In addition, Jones-Drew extended his streak of consecutive games with a reception to 31 games.
MATHIS RECORDS FOURTH INTERCEPTION OF THE SEASON; FIRST-EVER AGAINST HOUSTON
Rashean Mathis recorded his team-high fourth interception of the season and franchise record 25th of his career. It was Mathis' first career interception against Houston. Three of his four interceptions in 2008 have come on the road and 16 of his 25 career interceptions have been on the road.
##### MATT JONES RECORDS 2ND 100-YARD GAME OF THE SEASON; FIFTH OF HIS CAREER Matt Jones finished with eight receptions for 104 receiving yards, his second 100-yard receiving game of the season and fifth of his career. Jones set a single-season career-high for receiving yards. Jones has the third-most receptions by a Jaguar since 2003 and has five-plus receptions in nine of the first 12 games.
DAVID GARRARD SETS CAREER-HIGH FOR PASSING YARDS
David Garrard finished 25 of 35 passing for 287 yards and increased his single-season passing total to a career-high 2,748 yards. Garrard has recorded a 60 percent completion percentage in nine of 12 games and has attempted 30-plus passes in eight of the last nine games.
##### GEORGE WRIGHSTER RETURNS TO ACTION Tight end George Wrighster saw his first action of the season. Wrighster has been on the PUP list since offseason ACL surgery. He has played 63 games with 26 starts and has 92 receptions for 815 yards and nine touchdowns.
