Jaguars waive DE Steven Wesley

Jacksonville Jaguars rookie defensive end Steven Wesley was waived/injured by the team today. Wesley suffered a knee injury in the preseason opener against the New England Patriots Aug. 11. With this move the Jaguars roster is now at 84 players. All NFL teams must reduce their rosters to 80 by 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 30.
