The Jacksonville Jaguars waived first-year defensive back Kennard Cox, the club announced today. The Jaguars' roster now stands at 52 players.

Cox, a seventh round pick of Buffalo in 2008, was signed by the Jaguars on December 8 off the Green Bay Packers practice squad. He spent the final four weeks of the season on the Jaguars' active roster, playing in two games.
