The Jaguars today waived C/G Greg Huntington and signed CB Curtis Anderson from the practice squad to the active roster. Huntington, 27, was one of the "Original 10" Jaguars signed on December 15, 1994. He has been with the team for parts of all three seasons.

Anderson, 24, signed with the Jaguars as a rookie free agent on April 21 and played in the first three preseason games. He was waived in the cut to 60 players in training camp and signed to the practice squad on August 25. At the University of Pittsburgh, the 6-0, 196-pound Anderson was a receiver and kickoff returner.

The following players were designated as inactive for Sunday's 4:00 game between the Jaguars and Steelers at Three Rivers Stadium (four more players from each team will be designated as inactive 1 1/2 hours before kickoff):
