Jaguars Waive Lockhart, Claim Zahursky

The Jacksonville Jaguars have waived DT Radell Lockhart and claimed OT Steve Zahursky off waivers from the Cleveland Browns.

Zahursky, 24, was with the Jaguars in the 1998 preseason after signing as an undrafted rookie, but he was waived in the final cuts. In the last two seasons, he started 23 of 25 games played for the Browns, including all 16 last year. The 6-6, 305-pound Zahursky was a four-year starter at Kent State.
