The Jacksonville Jaguars today waived running back Frank Moreau and replaced him on the roster by signing running back Reggie White.

White is a 6-0, 228-pound rookie from Oklahoma State who was on the Tennessee Titans' practice squad earlier this season. He spent the preseason with the New York Jets after being signed as an undrafted rookie. White, 22, was the eighth player in Oklahoma State history to rush for over 1,000 yards in a season, gaining 1,049 as a senior in 2000. The Liberty, Texas, native will wear jersey No. 22.

Moreau had been claimed off waivers on September 3, playing in three games and making one start. He rushed eight times for 27 yards and scored one touchdown.
