The Jacksonville Jaguars today signed linebacker Jeff Kelly, who was with the Atlanta Falcons the last four seasons after being drafted in the sixth round.
Kelly, 27, has played in 29 games, making seven starts. He has a career total of 52 tackles, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery. He missed the entire 2001 season with a right knee injury and was waived after one game last season. The 5-11, 242-pound Kelly had the sixth-most sacks in Kansas State history and is a native of LaGrange, Texas. He will wear jersey No. 49.
The Jaguars' roster is now at 88 players.
