Tell us about yourself and your connection to Jacksonville/the Jaguars:
We both grew up as NFL fans, so we were thrilled when it was announced Jacksonville was getting a team in 1993. We attend every home game possible – in 30 years, Paul has only missed three (two with Covid and one for a wedding of a beloved family member in Dallas).
Do you have any gameday rituals?
Never leave early. Win, lose, blowout. We always stay until triple zeros. 0:00
What's your favorite part of gameday?
All of it. Tailgate. Pregame warmups. Jaxson's jump. The flyover. The D-Line. The ROAR. The game.
What is your favorite Jaguars moment?
Too many to pick just one. Celebrating our first wedding anniversary at the Jaguars vs Panthers Hall of Fame game in Canton. The pep rally in the stadium after the Jaguars beat the Broncos in Denver in the 1996 playoffs. Morton Anderson's missed kick that sent us there. Our London trip to see the Jags play for the first time there in 2013, and again in 2024. The big playoff comeback against the Chargers during the 2022 season.
What do you gain from attending a game instead of watching it on tv?
We love the atmosphere in the stadium – celebrating big plays and big wins with the fans around us.
What would you tell someone who is considering purchasing season tickets?
We're the lucky ones. Only 30 cities have NFL teams. Get tickets, show up, and support your team – win or lose.
What is on your Jaguars bucket list?
A Jaguars Super Bowl, of course!
