Monday declared 'All-Teal' Day

Jacksonville Mayor John Peyton today proclaimed Monday, September 18, 2006 as "All-Teal" Day in recognition of the Jaguars' Monday night football game against the defending Super Bowl Champion Pittsburgh Steelers. The game will be aired nationally on ESPN with kickoff set at 8:30 p.m.

Peyton called upon the residents of Jacksonville to blanket the city in teal before the game in all business functions and during the game at Alltel Stadium.

The Jaguars will have a special opening of their JagWear store in the West Club at Alltel Stadium on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. At this time, the Jaguars will offer a special teal t-shirt which will be available for only $12 while supplies last. Fans can also visit Football Fanatics at the Avenues and Orange Park Mall. Jaguars season ticket holders can use their Extra Points Card to receive a 15% discount on all regular priced merchandise at Football Fanatics.
