JACKSONVILLE – The Jacksonville Jaguars have signed OL Sam Mustipher, the team announced today.

Mustipher, 29, originally entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with the Chicago Bears in 2019. In seven years with the Bears (2019-22), Ravens (2023), Chargers (2024) and Broncos (2025), he appeared in 65 games (43 starts). Mustipher started 40 of his first 43 NFL games at center and helped pave the way for Chicago's top ranked running offense in 2022 (177.3 yards per game).

Mustipher, a native of Owings Mills, Md., played collegiately at Notre Dame (2014-18) and saw action in 47 games (38 starts). In 2017, he was part of an offensive line that won the Joe Moore Award for best college football offensive line unit and helped block for a program-record 3,503 rushing yards. He and OL Robert Hainsey spent two seasons together on the Irish's offensive line (2017-18). Mustipher's brother, P.J., is currently a defensive lineman for the Arizona Cardinals.
