The Jaguars have also signed long snapper Joe Zelenka to a new contract today.
Zelenka, 27, played in all 16 games for the Jaguars last season and hasn't missed a game in his three seasons in Jacksonville after being signed as a free agent. A sixth-year veteran, he played in 16 games with Washington in 2000 and played in 13 games as an undrafted rookie with San Francisco.
The Jaguars will now have eight picks in the 2004 NFL Draft - two picks in the third round and one pick each in the first, second, fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh rounds.
