We take pride in being able to support various initiatives within our local community and the surrounding areas. We also ensure our employees feel supported and empowered through various Employee Impact Groups around the workplace.

Employee Impact Groups
P.A.W. (Pride at Work) is the LGBTQ+ EIG of the Jacksonville Jaguars. This group focuses on building awareness and uplifting voices for the LGBTQ+ community and their allies in the workplace and across Northeast Florida.
DTWD's (Dedicated to Women's Development) mission is to raise awareness regarding the experience of women in the workplace and to develop and connect employees through various internal and external events, volunteer opportunities and collaboration efforts within the offices and the Jacksonville community.
The Collective is the Jacksonville Jaguars Black EIG. This group's mission is to elevate the voices of black employees, develop a safe space within the workplace, provide growth opportunities to members and the organization at large, while creating an inclusive environment.
EnvironmenTEALy is the Jaguars employee group dedicated to sustainable practices through community service, education and stewardship.
