Employee Resource Groups

PAW-FRAME-TEMPLATE-16X9

P.A.W. (Pride at Work) is the LGBTQ+ employee resource group of the Jacksonville Jaguars and Bold Events. This group focuses on fostering inclusion, building awareness, and uplifting voices for the LGBTQ+ community and their allies in the workplace and across Northeast Florida.

DTWD, or Dedicated to Women's Development, is the Jacksonville Jaguars and Bold Events Women's Employee Resource Group. DTWD's mission is to elevate women's voices and foster an inclusive and equitable work environment through various internal and external events, volunteer opportunities and collaboration efforts within the offices and the Jacksonville community.

The Collective is the Jacksonville Jaguars and Bold Events Black Employee Resource Group. This group's goal is to elevate the voices of black employees, develop a safe space within the workplace, provide growth opportunities to members and the organization at large, while creating an inclusive and equitable environment.
