JACKSONVILLE â The Jaguars' Sunday inactives held few surprises.
Safety Antonio Johnson will be inactive for the AFC South-leading Jaguars' game against the Indianapolis Colts Sunday at EverBank Stadium, with long snapper Ross Matiscik and cornerback Montaric Brown active.
Johnson had been ruled out on Friday's final injury report of the week with an ankle injury sustained in a Week 6 loss to the Houston Texans. The Jaguars had a bye week last week, with Johnson not practicing this past week.
Matiscik missed the Texans loss with a shoulder injury and Brown missed that game with a hamstring, with both players practicing this past week.
â The Jaguars' inactive players for Week 8:
- Safety Antonio Johnson
- Rookie wide receiver CJ Williams
- Rookie defensive tackle Albert Regis
- Rookie defensive end Wesley Williams
- Linebacker Jamal Hill
- Cornerback Alijah Huzzie
