JACKSONVILLE – The Jaguars stayed offensive late Friday night.
That meant continuing to draft with a physical edge – and continuing to add to an improving offensive line.
Emmanuel Pregnon, an offensive guard from the University of Oregon, on Friday was selected by the Jaguars No. 88 overall in the 2026 NFL Draft – the 24th selection of Round 3.
Pregnon (6-feet-4, 314 pounds) played 2025 at Oregon, 2023-2024 at Southern California and 2020-2022 at Wyoming. He was a first-team All-America selection and a first-team All-Big 10 selection in 2025 and a second-team All-Big 10 selection in 2024. He was a freshman All-America selection in 2022.
Pregnon became the third player from Oregon selected by the Jaguars in the NFL Draft, the first since tight end Georgie Wrightster (Round 4) in 2003.
The Jaguars earlier Friday selected Texas A&M tight end Nate Boerkircher No. 56 overall (Round 2) and Texas A&M defensive tackle Albert Regis No. 81 overall (Round 3).
The Jaguars have eight selections remaining in the '26 draft: No. 100 overall (Round 3), No. 124 overall (Round 4), No. 164 overall (Round 5), No. 166 overall (Round 5), No. 203 overall (Round 6), No. 233 overall (Round 7), No. 240 overall (Round 7), No. 245 overall (Round 7).
The Jaguars did not have a selection in Thursday's Round 1, having traded the selection to move up and select wide receiver/cornerback Travis Hunter No. 2 overall (Round 1) in the 2025 NFL Draft.
