Jacksonville Jaguars partner with live video app Stre.am on NFL Draft day

The Jacksonville Jaguars today announced a partnership with Stre.am (www.Stre.am), a live video streaming iPhone app and web-based live video network created by video technology startup InfiniteTakes (www.InfiniteTakes.com) to deliver fan generated behind-the-scenes coverage of the NFL Draft on May 8.

Anyone can download Stre.am through the Apple App Store and Stre.am live video that can be viewed from any device on www.Stre.am.  No video is stored on Stre.am's servers which empowers users to share life's moments through a live and non-permanent platform.  Users can still save the captured video that was Stre.amed to the users' personal camera roll.

The Jaguars are the first organization to deploy Stre.am's enterprise offering, and will introduce the live mobile streaming service to the expected 5,000 - 10,000 attendees of the official Jaguars' Draft party in Jacksonville at EverBank Field on May 8th. Fans at the event will be live Stre.aming their experience to Jaguars fans around the world who can watch the live Stre.ams on www.Stre.am. The Jaguars will be pulling random Stre.ams generated from the crowd and displaying them live at the draft day event.

"We have the greatest fans in the NFL.  As soon as I saw Stre.am, I knew we had to put it in the hands of our fans," said Hussain Naqi, Senior Vice President of Fan Engagement for the Jaguars. "We see a future where the fan experience - both in the stadium and at home - is largely defined and created by fan-generated media. Stre.am allows us to empower our fans through media creation that shares the individual perspective of each fan live, which is a very exciting and new form of media."

To enjoy the Jacksonville Jaguars NFL Draft experience with Stre.am, fans simply go to http://Jaguars.Stre.am starting at 6 p.m. EDT on May 8.  The Jaguars are scheduled to have the third pick in the NFL draft, which is expected to occur at around 8:30 p.m.

"We're delighted to partner with the Jaguars at this stage in our company's life cycle. It's unique that an NFL Franchise would partner with a four-week old company for such an important campaign. I have been beyond impressed with the Jaguars organization for embracing new technology for the benefit of providing a fan experience that's never been tried before," said Justin VanBogart, Co-founder & President of InfiniteTakes, the company that created Stre.am.  "NFL fans should know how hard the Jaguars organization is working to deliver the best fan experience possible, both through innovative campaigns and emerging technology. We're honored and proud to be a part of their fan experience."

Stre.am BETA is available in the Apple App Store as of today and will soon be available for Android users.* *For more information, go to http://Stre.am or http://InfiniteTakes.com.
