JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Today the Jacksonville Jaguars and the City of Jacksonville opened the doors to the newly reimagined US Assure Club, unveiling for the first time the completed premium seating environment to media and special guests at a ribbon cutting ceremony at EverBank Field.

"The US Assure Club has been redesigned with the optimal fan experience in mind," said Jaguars President Mark Lamping.  "The luxury space keeps the focus on the field of play, but gives premium seat holders the best in game day hospitality and technology.  This space provides a flexible venue to attract a variety of events to EverBank Field and the Sports Complex year-round.  Thanks to our partnership with the City of Jacksonville, support from US Assure and the ongoing commitment from Shad Khan, we are proud to welcome the newest enhancement to EverBank Field."

The US Assure Club now features brand new walkout patios at the 50-yard-line, a first among NFL stadiums around the country.  Old vomitory access into the general bowl has been replaced with a full wall of storefront glass, keeping the focus on the field of play and flooding the new space with Florida sunshine.  The fully climate-controlled space also features six Nanolumens LED displays, including a screen in each lower club area measuring 19 feet by 11 feet.  All new cushioned seats greet season ticket members in the Club's interior bowl, which also features a host of popular premium seating products such as club tables and bar rails.  The design was conceived alongside architects from Populous and built by the team from Brasfield & Gorrie.

US Assure, a member of the Jacksonville business community for nearly 40 years, is a national leader in the construction and property insurance market, began its partnership with the team in 2013 and expanded it in 2015 to include the naming rights of the club in anticipation of the redesign.  The company provided the builders risk insurance necessary during the course of the renovation.

"The opening of the new US Assure Clubs is a significant milestone in Jaguars history," said Ty Petway, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of US Assure.  "The US Assure Clubs are a perfect example of the synergy that exists between the Jaguars, the City and businesses like ours; the community and Jaguars fans are the ultimate beneficiaries.  We look forward to celebrating many championships in the US Assure Clubs."

The US Assure Club renovations are a part of the $90 million investment in EverBank Field announced by the City of Jacksonville and the Jaguars at the State of the Franchise event earlier this year.  Phase 1 includes the improvements to the US Assure Club and the creation of a new south end zone tunnel that will serve as a brand new team entrance and create two new seating environments.  Phase 2 will include construction of a modern amphitheater and covered flex field.  Preconstruction on these new facilities has begun and is anticipated to be completed in May of 2017.

"On behalf of the City of Jacksonville, I want to thank the Jaguars for their ongoing partnership with the City," said Jacksonville City Council President Lori Boyer.  "The team's continuing investment in renovations to our City-owned stadium keeps it fresh and relevant. These exciting improvements to the US Assure Club continue to make EverBank Field one of the best in the NFL for fans and provide exciting new Downtown venues for other events as well."

The all-new US Assure Club will also feature new upgraded concessions as part of a recently announced partnership with Delaware North Sportservice.  Delaware North and newly introduced Executive Chef Sean Kinoshita will manage all concessions and premium space catering throughout the stadium, including future spaces like the amphitheater and flex field.

"We're always listening, and our fans have told us that food and beverage, both in terms of value and variety, is a top priority when evaluating their game day experience," said Lamping.  "This new relationship with Delaware North will allow us to streamline catering and concessions across all EverBank Field spaces, giving us the opportunity to be creative with the menu and more focused on the delivery."

Creative new menu items with a nod to local flavors and additional healthy choices will be introduced in August during preseason games.  Fans can look forward to a renewed emphasis on customer service and increased points of sale for concessions throughout EverBank Field.

"We feel privileged to be entrusted with providing the best dining entertainment experience at EverBank Field." said Carlos Bernal, Delaware North Chief Operating Officer. "Our culinary teams have created an extraordinary lineup of regional dishes utilizing local and seasonal ingredients and classical stadium favorites that we hope will create a memorable game day experience for the Jacksonville Jaguars fans."

Improvements to the US Assure Club began in January with a goal to be completed before the Jaguars' first home preseason game on August 20.  Jaguars 365 season ticket members and Jaguars BLACK members will get the first chance to experience the luxury space beginning August 5 at the team's annual scrimmage.
