Jaguars and EverBank Field to Participate in Madden 17 Club Series

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Jaguars fans can now stake their claim as the team's Madden 17 champion by entering the Madden 17Club Series.  Finalists will have the chance to compete live at EverBank Field for the chance to take one step closer to the Madden Championship. Fans from across the country can now register for online qualification, with the online ladder tournament kicking off January 9, 2017.  From the start through early February, fans across each of the eight clubs will compete head-to-head online to determine the top eight players representing each team.

Following online qualifying, the eight finalists will take part in live competitions in each of eight NFL markets. The Jaguars and EverBank Field will play host on Sat., March 4.  The contest will take place in the US Assure Club East using the state-of-the-art NanoLumens LED displays measuring 19 feet by 11 feet, creating a larger than life Madden experience for gamers.  The Jaguars' tournament will be played in front of a live audience and will be streamed on jaguars.com and the Madden NFL Sports Twitch channel. 

Fans who qualify for the live competition at EverBank Field will be eligible to win prizes totaling $10,000, including cash, player-autographed memorabilia, and team merchandise.

The winners from the Jacksonville market will go on to compete at the Madden 17 Club Series Championship in early April.  Players at this level will eligible for an additional prize pool of $50,000, as well as the potential to qualify for the 2017 EA Sports Madden NFL Championship in May.
