JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Jaguars today began their quest to find the fan that best embodies the pride and spirit of DUUUVAL through the NFL's 'Fan of the Year' Program. In partnership with all 32 teams, this program is designed to spotlight fans who have a special affinity for their local team, provides inspiration to others and showcases how football unites their family, friends and local communities.
The team will review each submission posted to www.NFL.com/fanoftheyear through October 12 in search for the one extraordinary fan that has had a positive influence or inspires others through their love of the Jaguars. Fans can either nominate themselves or someone they know to receive the honor.
Once selected, all 32 teams' 'Fans of the Year' will be narrowed to eight finalists with three nominees receiving a trip to Super Bowl LV in Tampa Bay, inclusive of two tickets plus a VIP experience. The ultimate nationwide winner of the program will be crowned during Super Bowl weekend. The Jaguars' 'Fan of the Year' nominee will receive special experiences, perks and prizes during the 2020 season.
