The Jacksonville Jaguars (9-4) face off against the New York Jets (3-10) at EverBank Stadium for the second consecutive season on Sunday. The Jaguars are 9-8 against the Jets and 5-2 at home. Last season vs. the Jets, WR Brian Thomas Jr. recorded 105 yards and two touchdowns on a career-high 10 receptions, breaking rookie franchise records in receiving yards and receiving touchdowns. The Jaguars currently sit in first place in the AFC South after a 36-19 victory over Indianapolis in Week 14.
The win marked their sixth consecutive game scoring 25-plus points, the longest streak in the NFL this season and tied for the longest streak in franchise history. The Jaguars are 5-1 since their Week 8 bye, tied for the most wins in the NFL in that span, and are currently on a four-game win streak. Jacksonville has also climbed numerous NFL rankings such as points per game, red zone efficiency, yards allowed per game and sacks since Week 9.
