JACKSONVILLE – Here are the jaguars.com pre-Week 2 2013 power rankings. And we all know how important these are:

  1. San Francisco 49ers (1-0) | 2 | Hard to imagine them outside the Top 5 this season
  1. Denver Broncos (1-0) | 4 | Not as solid as the 49ers, but should be around all year
  1. Seattle Seahawks (1-0) | 3 | A win is a win and this team will get a lot of them
  1. New England Patriots (1-0) | 5 | Won't reach stride for a while, but they'll be in it
  1. New Orleans Saints (1-0) | 12 | Sean Payton makes a difference
  1. Green Bay Packers (0-1) | 6 | Lost to NFL's best Sunday
  1. Houston Texans (1-0) | 8 | All the way back and still in the Top 10
  1. Dallas Cowboys (1-0) | 16 | Just the start they wanted
  1. Chicago Bears (1-0) | 15 | Could be one of fascinating stories of season
  1. Indianapolis Colts (1-0) | 11 | Barely escaped – but that's what they do
  1. Baltimore Ravens (0-1) | 1 | This drop possibly too far. We'll see
  1. Atlanta Falcons (0-1) | 7 | Will be Top 10 soon – probably should be there now
  1. Cincinnati Bengals (0-1) | 10 | Will be around all season
  1. Detroit Lions (1-0) | 20 | Beating the Vikings was a good start
  1. Philadelphia Eagles (1-0) | 24 | Better than expected. Now, opponents watch film
