The Jacksonville Jaguars have promoted Tad Dickman to Senior Manager, Public Relations for the team effective immediately. He is replacing Ryan Robinson, who is leaving for a position at the University of Tennessee after 10 seasons with the Jaguars.

"Tad has a bright future in this business and this promotion is a great opportunity for him," Jaguars SVP Communications Dan Edwards said. "We hate to see Ryan leave and we wish him well in his new job at Tennessee. He grew in his position here over the past ten years and was an important member of the team, and we appreciate all that he did for the organization. Tad has been an important part of the PR department, as well, and is ready for this role."

Dickman is in his third season with the Jaguars after joining the organization in 2013. He previously served as a public relations intern with the New York Giants, and he has worked with the NFL Public Relations staff at the previous three Super Bowls and past two AFC Championship games. Prior to the NFL, Dickman worked in the communications department for D.C. United and the National Basketball League of Australia.

A graduate of the University of Mary Washington, Dickman earned a degree in Business Administration, while also playing varsity basketball for the school.
