JACKSONVILLE – The status of the Jaguars' starting running back remains uncertain.

T.J. Yeldon, the Jaguars' leading rusher, was listed as questionable with a foot injury on the team's final injury report of the week Wednesday, leaving in doubt his status for Thursday's prime-time game against the Tennessee Titans.

The Jaguars play host to the Titans at EverBank Field Thursday at 8:25 p.m.

The Jaguars released the injury report around the same time they officially announced that defensive tackle Sen'Derrick Marks and rookie safety James Sample had been placed on the season-ending injured reserve list. Marks sustained a torn triceps this past Sunday against Baltimore.

Sample had missed the last five games with a shoulder issue.

The Jaguars also moved wide receiver Rashad Greene to the active roster from the injured reserve/designated to return list, and also moved safety Craig Loston from the practice squad to the active roster. Greene had been on the short-term IR with a thumb injury.

The Jaguars rest of the Jaguars' injury report read as follows: tight end Nic Jacobs (hamstring, doubtful), running back Bernard Pierce (calf, doubtful), defensive tackle Michael Bennett (hamstring, questionable), Otto linebacker Dan Skuta (groin, questionable), wide receiver Bryan Walters (concussion, questionable), running back Toby Gerhart (groin, probable), defensive end Chris Clemons (not injury related, probable), Greene (thumb, probable), wide receiver Allen Hurns (foot/thigh, probable), wide receiver Marqise Lee (hamstring, probable), defensive tackle Roy Miller (knee, probable) and tight end Julius Thomas (abdomen, probable).
