In accordance with the guidelines set forth by the City of Jacksonville, all requests for proposals (RFPs) are posted as Public Notices in print and digitally with the Jacksonville Daily Record.

The Jaguars are committed to maximizing opportunities to work with local businesses on various development projects, including the Stadium of the Future, by working with the City of Jacksonville's Small & Emerging Business Division (JSEB).
