Notice is hereby given that Hunt Construction - Barton Malow, A Joint Venture, will receive bids for Bid Packages IFC #4A, #4B and #4C. These Packages will include the following:
IFC #4A scopes: misc. metals, metal wall panels, roofing, spray applied fireproofing & insulation, doors/frames/hardware, curtain wall systems, interior glazing & mirrors, drywall partitions & ceilings, rough carpentry, firestopping, joint sealants, wall & door protection.
- Bid Drawings & Specifications will be published via Building Connected on 10/14/25 EOD.
- A pre-bid meeting will be held on 10/21/25, 3 pm, EverBank Stadium upper West Club.
- Bids are due for IFC #4A on 11/11/25, 2 pm (EST).
IFC #4B scopes: toilet partitions, operable partitions, toilet & building accessories, fire extinguishers & cabinets, lockers, code & wayfinding signage, food service equipment & ADA lifts.
Bid Drawings & Specifications will be published via Building Connected on 11/18/25 EOD.
- A pre-bid meeting will be held on 11/20/25, 3 pm, EverBank Stadium upper West Club.
- Bids are due for IFC #4B on 12/16/25, 2 pm (EST)
IFC #4C scopes: ornamental metals, architectural woodwork, ceramic tile, carpeting, paint & wall coverings, LED displays, video production, gate/entry canopies, athletic equipment, site preparation (phase 2), asphalt paving, hardscape, playing surfaces, site improvements, landscape & irrigation.
Bid Drawings & Specifications will be published via Building Connected on 12/16/25 EOD.
- A pre-bid meeting will be held on 1/6/26, 3 pm, EverBank Stadium upper West Club.
- Bids are due for IFC #4C on 1/20/26, 2 pm (EST)
