Regarding 2027 and playing in either Orlando or Gainesville
The Jaguars continue to work with the NFL office to identify the team's home game location for the 2027 season. Once the plan is finalized, it will be presented to NFL owners for a vote.
Will my seats be available next year?
All seats in the upper level will be offline in the 2026 season. Certain areas in the lower level will be offline or have new temporary chair back seats installed. With the installation of temporary seating for this season only, the majority of the lower-level seating will be unaffected. Every current season ticket member will have the opportunity to renew their 2025 seat location if unaffected or relocate to a new location within the lower level.
When can I renew my season tickets?
Given the construction of the Stadium of the Future, the 2026 season will have limited capacity in the bowl to make way for the new facility in 2028. We are in the process of identifying the maximum available capacity for the upcoming season and once finalized, Season Ticket Member renewals will open in the coming weeks. We will keep you updated as soon as we have information to share.
Can I add on seats during renewal/relocation?
Yes, all current Season Ticket Members will have the opportunity to add seats during the renewal, retention, relocation and seat reassignment period similar to previous renewal periods.
Will we move towards a priority process similar to our relocation process in similar years for those that are affected due to reduced capacity?
Yes, a similar priority process traditionally used during relocation, upgrade and add-on program will be available for those affected due to the reduced capacity.
Will you be “selling” our current or old seats as souvenirs?
No. Removed seats are not available for purchase.
Due to timing of construction and the speed at which the renovation is occurring to ensure the Stadium of the Future opens on time for the 2028 season, at this time, the seats are not being removed in a manner where they can be sold.
Will there be some form of auto-renewals for 2026?
We are uncertain at this time if we will commence auto-renewals for the 2026 season. With the nuances and ongoing in bowl construction and minor disruptions that may exist we may conduct renewal efforts like we have prior to auto-renewal.
Will 400 level/displaced members be relocated prior to non-displaced members being allowed to add on?
Yes, we will allow Season Ticket Members displaced due to construction the first opportunity to secure new locations ahead of non-displaced Season Ticket Members adding to their allotment.
When will new deposit holders be able to select their seats?
The 2026 deposit holders will be able to select their seats based on availability after renewal, relocation, reassignment and reseating of current Jaguars Season Ticket Members.
When will members know if they will have the same lot from 2025?
Our parking timeline and specific lot assignments or options are being developed and will be shared we learn more about locations and options.
Will members who had parking in 2025 have priority access to parking in 2026?
Yes, we will prioritize current members who had parking over new Season Ticket Members in 2026 when parking is available. It is still undetermined if we can fulfill all of our members' parking needs in a similar fashion to prior seasons.
Will we continue to be ADA-compliant in all our lots?
The Jaguars will adhere to ADA and City of Jacksonville parking compliance and regulations within the footprint of the Jaguars-managed or controlled lots.
Will displaced members receive any type of “discount” for having to relocate from construction?
At this current time there is no discount being contemplated for members relocating due to in-bowl stadium construction.
Will we still have a 7-month installment plan?
At this time, we are working through our renewal installment plan and cadence but expect to continue to offer flexibility in a multi-month payment program.
What is the entry level pricing for 2026 Jaguars Season Tickets?
Entry level pricing is undetermined at this time as we work through finalizing seating and manifest for the 2026 regular season.
Will members be able to purchase season tickets / ticket packages in 2027 through the Jaguars?
The Jaguars continue to work with the NFL office to identify the team's home game location for the 2027 season. Once the plan is finalized, it will be presented to NFL owners for a vote. When determined and decided, Jaguars Season Ticket Members and other interested fans will be able to purchase season tickets and ticket packages in advance in chosen city.
Will members get their exact same seat in 2028 (Row A, aisle seats, etc.)?
At this time, we are working through all the impacts in the seating bowl and while many seats will not be impacted, other areas of the seating bowl will change. Once the seating manifest has been established, we will share seating opportunities with impacted and unimpacted Season Ticket Members.
