The health and safety of the entire Jaguars family, including our fans, remains our highest priority. Alongside our stadium partners and national and local healthcare experts, we have and will continue to work diligently to develop new protocols to ensure our team can return to the field with a clear focus on winning and our fans can return to the stadium with peace of mind.

It was our sincere hope to welcome a capacity crowd to TIAA Bank Field this fall and celebrate together with the First Coast community. However, with the health and well-being of everyone in mind, the Jaguars anticipate reducing capacity this season. In compliance with state and local authorities and following CDC social distancing guidelines, TIAA Bank Field will be able to seat approximately 25 percent of its capacity at each Jaguars home game in 2020. Once the season begins, any future increase in capacity will depend on developments on the health and safety front.

2020 SEASON TICKETS

When should we receive more information on the refund process and the seat selection for 2020 season?

Season ticket members were sent an email on Wednesday, July 28 with instructions on how to opt in or opt out of the 2020 season. Please check your inbox or contact the Jaguars ticketing office at 904-633-2000 or ticketing@jaguars.com. The deadline to make a choice for the 2020 season is Tuesday, August 4.

What are the options available to Season Ticket Members? Do I have to attend a game?

Season Ticket Members can select one of three options:

  • Option 1 - I want to participate in the process for re-selecting seats in the socially-distanced capacity stadium.
  • Option 2 – I want account credit toward 2020 mini plans or group sales hospitality areas.
  • Option 3 - I want an account credit toward my 2021 season ticket membership.
  • Option 4 - I want to request a refund.

If you do not select by this date, Option 3, an account credit toward your 2021 membership, will be selected for you.

What's the process for selecting seats for the 2020 season?

In the email sent to Season Ticket Members on Wednesday, July 29, you were provided with a seat re-selection window that will grant you access to purchase new seats in the socially-distanced stadium assuming you opt in for the 2020 season. You must opt in by August 4 to take advantage of this purchasing window.

How were the specific dates and times of purchase determined?

Season Ticket Members will be given access to purchase in a priority order, which is heavily weighted by tenure. After that, 2020 group ticket and single-game purchasers will have the opportunity to purchase season tickets. Based on demand, some single-game tickets may become available to the general public at a later date.

Where will I be able to view available seats for the 2020 Season?

Similar to our relocation process, our seat selection will be done through your password protected online account at www.jaguars.com/myaccount.

If I do not attend games in 2020, will I still have my seat location for 2021?

Yes, your season ticket location will remain the same in 2021.

What happens to any tickets that I have already re-sold or transferred?

The tickets will no longer be valid for entry. Please contact your reseller for more information.

Will I lose my tenure and seat location if I choose the refund option?

Attendance at Jaguars games in 2020 will have no effect on existing season ticket member status. Regardless of your decision to attend Jaguars games in 2020, your account tenure will remain intact. All 2020 seat locations will be protected and offered for renewal in 2021.

How do I request a refund?

Please refer to the email you received on July 28 and select option 3 by the deadline of Friday, July 31.
