New Season Ticket Member FAQs:

How does the seat selection process work and what is the timing?
Customers who place a deposit will have a priority purchasing window, likely starting in early April. The process will be online but our ticket office staff will be available to assist over the phone as well. Once all of the details are finalized (pricing, timing, process), we will communicate to our deposit holders the information via email.

What is the pricing for the 2021 season?
Pricing for the 2021 season will be finalized and available to our fans prior to going on sale with season tickets.

Are deposits refundable?
No. Deposits are non-refundable but can be put towards a smaller ticket package or single-game purchase if you decide not to proceed with season tickets.

What is the difference between general and premium seats?
General bowl seating consists of every Teal seat in the stadium. All 400-level seating and all 100 & 200 level seating outside of club seats (which are in between the 25 yard lines in the lower bowl) are general bowl seats. Premium seats consist of club seats, suites and the all-inclusive areas at TIAA Bank Field.

What upgrade/downgrade options do I have when selecting seats?
Once season tickets go on sale, you will have the ability to select available seats in both the general bowl and premium areas, regardless which option you chose with your deposit. You will also have the opportunity to add up to four (4) season tickets on top of the amount you selected for your deposit.

Can I select a payment plan instead of a one-time payment of the full invoice?
Once season tickets go on sale, you will have the opportunity to enroll in an interest-free payment plan via a debit or credit card. The total number of payments available to you will be determined prior to going on sale with season tickets.

How does the deposit get applied?
Your deposit will apply directly towards your season ticket balance once seats are selected. If you decide not to purchase season tickets, your deposit will remain on your account as a credit until a ticket purchase is completed through the Jaguars.


Current Season Ticket Member FAQs:

I am a current season ticket holder; do I need to place a deposit?
No action is required on your part at this time, however many of our season ticket members have contacted our ticket office and requested to start an extended payment plan immediately. If you would like to place an additional $250 deposit on your account for 2021, please log into your account manager portal. Any deposit amount received will be applied to your 2021 renewal. Rest assured that if you don't place a deposit, we will still send you your renewal information this spring. You will be able to select your 2021 seat location in early spring once we start our renewal process.

When will I receive my 2021 invoice?
Your seat location from your original 2020 renewal invoice has been reserved for your 2021 renewal which will begin this spring.

When can I upgrade my season ticket location?
As a season ticket holder, you will have first right to relocate available seating locations by account tenure. This will happen during our annual relocation process that will take place after our renewal process is complete.
