Garland Scott with the Jacksonville Sheriff's office was selected as the Jaguars and Florida Blue's Community Champion of the game and recognized at Sunday night's game against the Ravens for his passion to help transform lives for those who have gone down the wrong path. Operation Safe Passion helps young men who are struggling, have an option to choose to accept help and get a fresh start.

Chef Chriss Brown with The Empowered Kitchen was selected as the Jaguars and Florida Blue's Community Champion of the game and recognized at Sunday's final regular season home game against the Panthers for her dedication to elevating women's voices in the Jacksonville food industry, offering training and mentorship in all aspects of culinary and business education to women interested in the culinary industry.

The Jaguars 2023 Inspire Change Changemaker Award recipient is Reggie Fullwood, president and CEO of Operation New Hope.

Jaguars partnered with the Jacksonville Public Education Fund to bring 1,000 male teachers of color into classrooms by 2025 as part of the Jaguars Inspire Change initiatives.

VP of Social Responsibility, T-Neisha Tate, speaks on the Jaguars' partnership with LIFT JAX to revitalize Jacksonville's Historic Eastside neighborhood. The Eastside Legacy Business Council and LIFT JAX kicked off its first collaborative placemaking project on February 17th, installing six murals along the beloved A. Philip Randolph Boulevard. In 2021, Jaguars Owner Shad Khan committed $1 million to LIFT JAX and its work with the Historic Eastside CDC.
