Girls Flag Spotlight

Gaby quote

Gaby Rourke is a multi-sport athlete for Atlantic Coast, playing on the high school's girls flag team, kicker on the boys varsity football team, goalkeeper on the soccer team, middle blocker on the volleyball team and also played softball for the Stingrays. Gaby is committed to Kentucky University for soccer and during the PLAY FOOTBALL game this past season, LB Josh Allen gifted Gaby his cleats as a fellow Wildcat. Gaby has been a part of several Jaguars PREP events and was selected to be part of the Jags 17U Girls team that competed in DC for the NFL FLAG Summer Invitational this past summer. Gaby is a role model for so many young girls looking to get involved in girls flag in the Jacksonville community and beyond.

Olivia Cadiz is a star quarterback in the local Florida area. Olivia has made numerous recognizable achievements and awards including winning the Jaguars QB Skills Challenge in 2023, participating in the U.S Army Bowl in 2023 and receiving a Flag Football scholarship following her appearance in the College Showcase. Olivia is trying out for Italy's women's nation flag football team, Olympic Games and paving the way for so many young girl athletes to chase their dreams

Women’s History Month Features Throughout the Years

Jaguars' staff share their experiences as women in the NFL in honor of National Girls & Women in Sports Day.

Cassie Ettel, an Athletic Trainer for the Jacksonville Jaguars who is ready to run across the field and tend to an injured player at a moment's notice. There is no one more on the "front lines" than Cassie.

On and off the field, the Jaguars are proud to celebrate the exceptional women who inspire us every day. In honor of International Women's Day, the Jaguars invited the Bloom Flower Truck of Jacksonville to stop by TIAA Bank Field, where female staff could create their own beautiful bouquets. Lauren, a career and hobby juggling extraordinaire, is a lawyer here in Jacksonville. In addition to her full-time career, she is going into her fourth year as a ROAR Cheerleader for the Jaguars and appears on Court TV, arguing for and against cases on live television.
