More than 50 children from select Jacksonville community agencies enjoyed a special day at the Jaguars morning practice on Monday thanks to the Jack Del Rio Foundation. The group enjoyed ice cream donated by Blue Bell Creameries and was greeted by Maurice Jones-Drew, David Garrard, Derrick Harvey and Reggie Nelson during the special teams-only practice on the practice fields near Jacksonville Municipal Stadium.

The foundation hosted the children for the second annual Ice Cream Social at training camp. Children from Seamark Ranch, Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Northeast Florida and American Cancer ROCK were in attendance for the practice.

Following practice, Del Rio and the rest of the team took time out to sign autographs, pose for pictures and answer questions from the group. Del Rio ended the morning by giving the group a tour of the club's team meeting room and weight room .

The Jack Del Rio Foundation was established in 2008 to motivate the community to meet the needs of underserved youth in the Jacksonville area. The foundation seeks to energize, educate and enrich the lives of youth through the generous investment of financial support, time and devotion.
