Help Captain Mojo

Captain MoJo needs your help.

Or rather, season ticket owner Scott McAskill, who's alter-ego on Jaguars game day is Captain MoJo, needs the support of all Jaguars fans as he battles to become the Vicks NyQuil/DayQuil Most Dedicated NFL Fan of 2011.

Scott, who sits with his wife Vicki in Section 209 of the West Touchdown Club and has been a Jaguars ticket holder since Day 1, won a coveted finalists place among 31 other NFL team fanatics after demonstrating his passion and dedication to the Jaguars by entering the Vicks-sponsored contest.

As part of his entry, which included posting photos in his game day get-up on Vicks' Facebook page, Captain MoJo says, "I'm a fan who's never missed a game, through rain, sleet and extreme heat – that's a true fan, and that's me!"

At stake, is a trip to Super Bowl XLVI as well as the recognition of being the fan crowned the NFL's Most Dedicated. But for Scott – or rather Captain Mojo – it's more about representing the Jaguars and the city of Jacksonville than winning a seat at Lucas Oil Field in February, although that would be nice too.

"I was thrilled to make it through to the finals after entering the competition," said Scott, "This is a huge honor for me and I don't take the responsibility of representing the Jaguars and Jacksonville lightly.

"I would love to get the support of the community behind me and want to win this contest for Jacksonville and the Jaguars, but I need everyone's help."

Fans can vote for Scott and Captain Mojo by visiting www.facebook.com/NyQuil or selecting the competition page at www.facebook.com/NyQuil?v=app187212048013646. Fans can also vote via Twitter by following Scott @CaptainMoJo32 and using the hashtag :  #VicksMDFJacksonvilleFan.

Captain MoJo added, "I really feel this is a Jaguars and Jacksonville contest. I'm tired of the national media putting Jacksonville and Jaguar fans down. So please help me unite Jaguar fans and spread the word, and let's WIN this one for Jacksonville!"
