Every March, we celebrate countless women, both past and present, who have left a tremendous mark in history. At the Jacksonville Jaguars and Bold Events, we are proud of the 95 women who make up our organization, both on the football and business side. Female employees are represented in each department of the Jaguars organization and contribute to its success in various areas of the company.

The Jaguars are proud to foster professional and personal development for all its employees by offering Employee Impact Groups (EIG) and educational opportunities to empower and excel in their fields with support and resources.

For female Jaguars employees, the Jaguars women's EIG, Dedicated to Women's Development (DTWD), is currently made up of more than 65 members, and was founded in November 2023. The mission of the group is to elevate women's voices and foster an inclusive and equitable work environment.

DTWD creates year-round programming to support members; from community service initiatives, mentorship opportunities and member-only networking events, the group is passionate about their role within the organization. DTWD is led by three chair representatives that work with an executive sponsor.

The group is proud to be a safe space for women and allies at the Jaguars and helps further the message that women belong in professional sports. The impact of DTWD is widespread, with members sharing that they feel empowered, supported, and proud of the group.

During the 2025 calendar year, DTWD hosted 13 different events for members, and have executed three events in 2026 to date. The Jacksonville Jaguars are proud to support Women's History Month and our female members of the organization.
