JACKSONVILLE – The Jaguars stayed offensive as Saturday continued.
That meant addressing the wide receiver position for the first time in the 2026 NFL Draft, doing so with a productive – and versatile – player.
Josh Cameron, a wide receiver from Baylor University, on Saturday was selected by the Jaguars No. 191 overall in the 2026 NFL Draft – the 10th selection of Round 6. The Jaguars traded up to make the selection, sending the Nos. 196 (Round 6) and 245 (Round 7) overall selections to the New England Patriots for No. 191.
Cameron (6-feet-1, 200 pounds) played 2021-2025 at Baylor. He was an All-Big 12 selection in 2024 and 2025.
He caught 170 career passes for 2,236 yards and 19 touchdowns, including 69 receptions for 872 yards and nine touchdowns in 2025 and 52 receptions for 754 yards and 10 touchdowns in 2024.
He returned 45 career punts for a 14.0-yard average.
Cameron became the first player from Baylor selected by the Jaguars in the NFL Draft.
The Jaguars have three selections remaining in the '26 draft: No. 203 overall (Round 6), No. 233 overall (Round 7) and No. 240 overall (Round 7).
The Jaguars earlier in the draft selected Texas A&M tight end Nate Boerkircher (No. 56 overall, Round 2), Texas A&M defensive tackle Albert Regis (No. 81 overall, Round 3), Oregon guard Emmanuel Pregnon (No. 88 overall, Round 3), Maryland safety Jalen Huskey (No. 100 overall, Round 3), Duke edge Wesley Williams (No. 119 overall, Round 4) and Houston tight end Tanner Koziol (No. 164 overall, Round 5).
The Jaguars did not have a selection in Thursday's Round 1, having traded the selection to move up and select wide receiver/cornerback Travis Hunter No. 2 overall (Round 1) in the 2025 NFL Draft.
