JAGUARS ANNOUNCE REORGANIZATION

The Jacksonville Jaguars announced a reorganization of their player personnel department today. Gene Smith, who was Director of College Scouting, has been reassigned to the position of Executive Director of College and Pro Personnel.

"This reflects another step in Gene's development and the regard with which he is held by the Jaguars and the rest of the NFL," said James Harris, Jaguars VP of Player Personnel.

As part of the reorganization, Charles Bailey will be leaving the Jaguars after five years as Director of Pro Personnel.

"Charles is a very talented evaluator and experienced team executive," Harris said. "He has been a key contributor to the Jaguars success. Charles will seek other opportunities in the NFL."
