Jacksonville Jaguars Coaching Staff
Head Coach

Liam Coen
Head Coach
Liam Coen was named head coach of the Jacksonville Jaguars on January 24, 2025.
Coen’s Jaguars went 13-4 in his first campaign (most wins by an AFC South team since 2009) and he became the NFL’s first rookie head coach to win 13+ games after inheriting a team that won four or fewer games the season prior. The Jaguars were one of just four teams to rank among the NFL’s top 10 in both points scored (sixth, franchise-record 27.9ppg) and points allowed (eighth, 19.8ppg). Jacksonville finished fourth in the NFL in point differential (+138).
Offensive Coordinator

Grant Udinski
Offensive Coordinator
Grant Udinski was hired as offensive coordinator on February 5, 2025. He enters his seventh season coaching in the NFL and second in Jacksonville after three seasons (2022-24) with the Minnesota Vikings, most recently as the assistant offensive coordinator/assistant quarterbacks coach.
Udinski helped lead the Jaguars record-breaking offense to new heights in 2025. The Jaguars ranked in the top 10 in the NFL in points per game (27.9 - sixth), scoring margin (+138 - fourth), first downs (356 – seventh) and total touchdowns (55 – fifth). The team’s 474 points scored, 55 touchdowns and 356 first downs also established new franchise records.
Defensive Coordinator

Anthony Campanile
Defensive Coordinator
Anthony Campanile (camp-uh-nell-ee) was hired as defensive coordinator on January 30, 2025, after spending the 2024 season as linebackers coach/running game coordinator for the Green Bay Packers. He enters his seventh season in the NFL in 2026 and his second as the Jaguars' defensive coordinator.
Campanile led Jacksonville's defense to major turnarounds in 2025, setting franchise records in rushing yards allowed per game (85.6), takeaways (31), interceptions (22), passes defensed (107) and turnover differential (+13). The Jaguars led the NFL in run defense after ranking 25th in the league the year prior and became the first team in NFL history to produce 30-plus takeaways after having 10 or fewer the season prior (eight). They also became just the third team since 2000 to not allow a 75-yard rusher in a single game for an entire season. Through the air, Jacksonville allowed an average passer rating of only 78.5, the fifth-lowest mark in the league. The team finished eighth in the NFL in scoring defense (19.8 points per game), and their five games with 10 or fewer points allowed tied the Los Angeles Rams for the most in the league.
Special Teams

Heath Farwell
Special Teams Coordinator
Heath Farwell is entering his fifth season as Jacksonville’s special teams coordinator and his 11th season coaching in the NFL in 2026.
Jacksonville’s special teams unit has produced at least one Pro Bowler in each of Farwell’s four seasons with the Jaguars. In 2025, LS Ross Matiscik earned his third consecutive Pro Bowl nomination. Matiscik was also named to the Associated Press All-Pro Team. Under his leadership last season, K Cam Little set franchise records in points (140) and 50-plus yard field goals made (eight). Little also converted the two longest field goals in NFL history at 68 and 67 yards, respectively. He was named AFC Special Teams Player of the Week after his 68-yard field goal conversion in Week 9. He finished the game 3-of-3 on field goal attempts and extra point attempts producing 12 total points. With two field goal conversions in Week 15, Little became the youngest player (22 years, 119 days) in NFL history to successfully convert 50 field goals. He was named the AFC Special Teams Player of the Month for December/January, converting a perfect 11-of-11 field goals, 3-of-3 from 50-plus yards, and 21-of-21 extra point attempts for 54 total points since the beginning of December. WR Parker Washington set franchise records in punt return touchdowns (two), tied for the most in the league, and yards per punt return (13.6). P Logan Cooke recorded at least 10 punts inside the 10-yard line for the fourth straight season, one of three punters to do so since 2022. Cooke won AFC Special Teams Player of the Week in a Week 16 win at Denver, pinning four of his six punts inside the 20, including two inside the 10. As a team, Jacksonville ranked fifth in yards per punt return and sixth in yards per kickoff return in 2025, one of two teams to rank top six in both metrics.
