The Jaguars partnered with KIPP Jacksonville Schools and the NFL Foundation to bring a new state-of-the-art football field and track to KIPP Bold City High School.

Highlights from the 2024 Jaguars Girls Flag Preseason Classic presented by Experience Kissimmee. 1,100 female athletes showed off their athletic abilities and competed over 2 days to get ready for the girls flag season. This event featured 45 North Florida girls flag high school teams, making it the Jaguars largest Preseason Classic to date!

Garland Scott with the Jacksonville Sheriff's office was selected as the Jaguars and Florida Blue's Community Champion of the game and recognized at Sunday night's game against the Ravens for his passion to help transform lives for those who have gone down the wrong path. Operation Safe Passion helps young men who are struggling, have an option to choose to accept help and get a fresh start.

Chef Chriss Brown with The Empowered Kitchen was selected as the Jaguars and Florida Blue's Community Champion of the game and recognized at Sunday's final regular season home game against the Panthers for her dedication to elevating women's voices in the Jacksonville food industry, offering training and mentorship in all aspects of culinary and business education to women interested in the culinary industry.

The Jaguars 2023 Inspire Change Changemaker Award recipient is Reggie Fullwood, president and CEO of Operation New Hope.

Offensive Lineman Luke Fortner had an impressive visit to the local Jacksonville Fire & Rescue Department training facility with an opportunity to experience the speed at which firefighters move, drive the firetruck simulator, and navigate lifesaving equipment. VP of Social Responsibility, T-Neisha Tate, speaks on the Jaguars' partnership with LIFT JAX to revitalize Jacksonville's Historic Eastside neighborhood. The Eastside Legacy Business Council and LIFT JAX kicked off its first collaborative placemaking project on February 17th, installing six murals along the beloved A. Philip Randolph Boulevard. In 2021, Jaguars Owner Shad Khan committed $1 million to LIFT JAX and its work with the Historic Eastside CDC.

The Jaguars teamed up with RCX Sports to host the first ever Girls Flag Football College Showcase. Over a hundred girls flag football athletes had the chance to show off their top skills and be scouted by countless colleges. Florida Blue, the Jaguars Official Community Partner, teamed up with this year's Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year nominee, Tyler Shatley, to bring Literacy Locker Room to Guardian Catholic School; delivering more than 500 books to classrooms. Florida Blue is proud to partner with the Jaguars Foundation in this initiative to provide a pathway for students to gain access to free books to take home and continue learning and investing in their futures.

The Jacksonville Jaguars have teamed up with the Dairy Council of Florida to combat food insecurity at Martin Luther King Elementary through the Hometown Grants Program.

The Jaguars Foundation teamed up with the Florida Lottery to bring 2022 FAFSA Nights to the following Jacksonville high schools – Raines High School, Ed White High School, and Englewood High School. At each event, parents and students were connected with financial aid professionals to help guide them through the FAFSA application process. The Jacksonville Jaguars teamed up with Florida Fuel Up to Play 60 and the NFL to provide a helping hand to Long Branch Elementary through the Hometown Grants Program. Long Branch used the funding to offer healthier food options and remodel their outdoor cafeteria.

Coach Pederson invited Joy Casino, a 98-year-old World War II veteran, and her friends and family to watch practice on June 6, 2022. She watched practice from Mr. Khan's personal game day suite, and Pederson presented her with a helmet and plaque to commemorate her service and experience with the team. Followed by many hugs and handshakes, she participated in the final team huddle.
