JETS DECLINE TO MATCH OFFER SHEET ON KYLE BRADY

The New York Jets informed the Jaguars and the NFL office today

that they declined to exercise their right of first refusal on transition

player Kyle Brady, awarding contract rights to the Jaguars. The

transaction is contingent on Brady passing a physical examination.

Brady will be in Jacksonville on Thursday to take a physical. A

media availability with the four-year pro has been tentatively

scheduled for 3:30 p.m. Thursday in the family waiting room at

ALLTEL Stadium.
