Roster Moves: Jaguars Activate TE Brenton Strange From IR, Elevate Two Players

JACKSONVILLE – The Jacksonville Jaguars have made the following roster moves:

  • Activated TE Brenton Strange from the Reserve Injured; Designated for Return List
  • Elevated DL Matt Dickerson and DB Cam'Ron Silmon-Craig to the active roster from the practice squad for tomorrow's game via standard elevation

Strange started the first five games of the season where he produced 20 receptions for 204 yards. Through Week 4, Strange led the Jaguars in receptions (19) and receiving yards (182) and tied-first and tied-fourth among AFC tight ends, respectively.

Dickerson has appeared in 41 regular season games during his career with the Titans (2018-20), Falcons (2022), Chiefs (2023), Dolphins (2024) and Jaguars (2025). He was a standard elevation last week against the Chargers. Dickerson has totaled 42 career tackles (three for loss) and three quarterback hits.

Silmon-Craig joined the Jaguars as an undrafted free agent out of Colorado this offseason. He started all 13 games for the Buffaloes during his final collegiate season in 2024, leading the team with 93 total tackles (10 for loss), three passes defensed, two fumble recoveries, 2.0 sacks, one forced fumble, and one interception.
