On Saturday, June 18, 2005, as part of a new ticket sales campaign, the Jacksonville Jaguars invited their season ticketholders to come out and be a part of their new television commercial being shot at Alltel Stadium. It was billed as the "Ultimate Fan Casting Call," and approximately 300 energetic fans showed up in their Jaguars game day attire to show their team spirit.
All 300 fans participated in a group video shoot and then approximately 50 fans were chosen by the director of the shoot to deliver individual lines that may be used in the commercials.
"Our fans never cease to amaze me," said Jaguars executive director of ticket sales and marketing Scott Loft. "Whenever we need the support, our fans deliver for us."
