JACKSONVILLE – Quincy Williams' dream continued to come true Wednesday.

When that happened, the Jaguars also finished a big piece of offseason business by signing their last unsigned rookie draft selection.

Williams, a linebacker from Murray State University and a third-round selection in the 2019 NFL Draft, on Wednesday signed his rookie contract with the Jaguars. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

"I've been dreaming about this and waiting on this moment my whole life, really," Williams said Wednesday shortly after signing. "It's an amazing feeling today."

Williams (5-feet-11, 226 pounds), played in 43 career games in college, registering 231 tackles (142 solo), 18 tackles for loss, nine passes defensed, three interceptions and three forced fumbles. In 2018, he registered 111 tackles with 9.5 tackles for loss, two interceptions and two forced fumbles.

Williams was relatively unknown entering the draft process, and was considered a surprise selection by many analysts.

"I know who I am, so that's all that matters," Williams said. "People have their own opinions, but I'm here to answer the question, 'Who is Quincy Williams?'''

The Jaguars now have signed all members of the 2019 draft class: edge defender Josh Allen (Round 1, No. 7 overall), right tackle Jawaan Taylor (Round 2, No. 35 overall), tight end Josh Oliver (Round 3, No. 69 overall), Williams (Round 4, No. 98 overall), running back Ryquell Armstead (Round 5, No. 140 overall), quarterback Gardner Minshew (Round 6, No. 178 overall) and defensive tackle Dontavius Russell (Round 7, No. 235 overall).
