Adding Depth to the Roster: Jaguars Select RB Keilan Robinson No. 167 Overall

167-PICK-16x9

JACKSONVILLE – The Jaguars opted for offense Saturday.

They did so by addressing depth at a skill position as Round 5 continued.

Keilan Robinson, a running back from the University of Texas, on Saturday was selected by the Jaguars No. 167 overall in the 2024 NFL Draft – the 32nd selection of Round 5.

Robinson (5-feet-8, 191 pounds) spent two seasons at Alabama before transferring to Texas. He rushed for 796 yards and eight touchdowns on 121 career carries with 35 career receptions for 332 yards and three touchdowns.

He declared for the draft in January with a season of eligibility remaining and attended the NFL Scouting Combine.

Robinson became the third Texas player selected by the Jaguars in the NFL Draft, the first since wide receiver Collin Johnson (Round 5, 2020).

The Jaguars hold two more selections in the '24 draft: Round 6 (No. 212 overall) and Round 7 (No. 236 overall).
