The Jacksonville Jaguars provide support to a wide range of charities and community organizations each year. We are happy to support your upcoming fund-raising efforts by donating Jaguars merchandise and memorabilia to be auctioned off at charitable events.
The following procedures and guidelines are designed to help you with your donation request:
Due to the large volume of requests we receive, the Jaguars have established a regional policy to provide fund-raising assistance to non-profit organizations located within the state of Florida and those from south Georgia.
The Jacksonville Jaguars receive thousands of donation requests every year. We try to fulfill as many of these requests as possible in a timely fashion, but please be aware that we cannot guarantee that every donation request will be met. Even if your organization is located within our perimeters, please be aware that our support cannot be guaranteed.
All donation requests must be submitted in writing on organization's letterhead at least 8 weeks prior to the date of the event. Depending upon the nature and reach of the event, in-kind donations of autographed team memorabilia, ranging from jerseys, helmets, footballs, ball caps, and team pennants, are made. The Jaguars assist over 1,300 organizations annually in this manner. Please also note that the Jaguars can only donate one item per event, per year.
Your written request must have the following information:
- Organization name, full mailing address and telephone number
- Description of the event and who will benefit from the event
- Contact name and phone number
- Date, time and location of the event
- Verification of your organization's 501 © (3) status (if applicable)

- Your event should not be dependent on receipt of a donation item, as we cannot guarantee an item for your event.
Due to the large volume of requests we receive, our response to any particular donation request is at our discretion.
