JACKSONVILLE – The pads stayed on, and training camp rolled into a third week.

It stayed hot and the intensity stayed high Sunday as the Jaguars held another padded practice on the weekend of Jaguars 2018 Training Camp before a trip north this week.

The Jaguars worked in full pads Sunday for a second consecutive day, working for two-and-a-half hours in 91-degree temperatures at the Dream Finders Homes Practice Complex on Day 13 of '18 camp. It was the team's 11th consecutive padded practice after two days of unpadded work to start camp.

The practice was perhaps the chippiest of the Jaguars' 13 practices of '18 camp, with defensive end Dante Fowler Jr. and tight end James O'Shaughnessy skirmishing during practice and multiple players skirmishing shortly after its conclusion.

Those were among the first confrontations of a camp that had been noteworthy for a lack of such incidents.

The Jaguars will practice against the defending NFC North Champion Minnesota Vikings in Minneapolis Wednesday and Thursday, with the two teams playing a preseason game in Minneapolis Saturday, August 18.

Jaguars Head Coach Doug Marrone as scheduled did not speak to the media before or after practice Sunday.

Here's a look at Day 13 practice:

STANDING OUT

*Cornerback A.J. Bouye intercepted a long pass down the sideline from quarterback Blake Bortles to wide receiver Dede Westbrook shortly after the mid-practice skirmish. The interception stopped a drive by the first-team offense in two-minute work. …

*Westbrook continued to look good in camp and preseason, catching a 20-yard pass down the middle from Bortles early in practice. …

*Third-team Tanner Lee had a strong day, finding rookie wide receiver Allen Lazard for a 20-yard touchdown over cornerback Jalen Myrick in early red-zone work. Safety C.J. Reavis intercepted a tipped pass from Lee Sunday. Lee also had completions of 15 yards to wide receiver Montay Crockett and 25 yards to wide receiver  Jaydon Mickens. …

*Backup quarterback Cody Kessler found Mickens for a touchdown in the back of the end zone in red-zone work. …

*Linebacker Telvin Smith, linebacker Myles Jack and cornerback Tyler Patmon had pass breakups Sunday, with Patmon breaking up a pass from Kessler to rookie wide receiver D.J. Chark Jr.

PLAY OF THE DAY

Bortles threw a pair of touchdown passes in red-zone work midway through practice, throwing an 10-yard touchdown to wide receiver Rashad Greene Sr. and following that with a 10-yard touchdown to wide receiver Keelan Cole in the corner of the end zone. Greene caught his touchdown with safety Tashaun Gipson in coverage and Cole caught his touchdown in cornerback Jalen Ramsey's corner of the end zone.

INJURY WATCH

The following players did not practice Sunday: linebacker Blair Brown (concussion protocol), linebacker Brooks Ellis (concussion protocol), nose tackle Eli Ankou (knee), left guard Andrew Norwell (calf), right tackle Josh Wells, offensive tackle Will Richardson (shoulder), right tackle Jermey Parnell (knee), defensive lineman Taven Bryan (abdominal), wide receiver Shane Wynn (foot) and defensive end Dawuane Smoot (ankle).

Fowler practiced full for a second consecutive day. He came off the Physically Unable to Perform list Saturday after being on PUP with a shoulder issue from the beginning of camp.

NOTABLE

*The first-team offensive line on Saturday appeared mostly to be left tackle Cam Robinson, left guard Chris Reed, center Brandon Linder, right guard A.J. Cann and right tackle Poehls or a second consecutive day. Parnell and Norwell had been working with the starters throughout camp before missing Thursday with injuries. Wells started at right tackle against New Orleans and Tyler Shatley started at left guard.

*Reserve defensive end Hunter Dimick got first-team reps along with starter Calais Campbell at the starting strong-side end position. Bryan and Smoot had been taking reps behind Campbell at the position before their injuries.
