JACKSONVILLE, Fla.**– With new season ticket sales well underway, today the Jacksonville Jaguars announced the roll out of Jaguars ONE, a one-of-a-kind program designed to welcome first-year season ticket members to the family. 

"Your first fall as a season ticket member is undoubtedly special," said Chad Johnson, Jaguars senior vice president of sales and service and chief content officer.  "You walk into the stadium every Sunday alongside friends and family and create new memories in your own seats.  We've created Jaguars ONE to ensure our newest members have all the knowledge and assistance they need to build the foundation of new game day traditions." 

Jaguars ONE will include all first-time season ticket purchasers.  Program participants will be invited to attend several specialized and dedicated events throughout the entire year to introduce them to the team, the stadium and the front office.  In addition, they'll receive an exclusive welcome gift, discounts on new merchandise and a clear bag to use on game day.  A dedicated member experience specialist will be assigned to each account, giving every new member a primary contact for questions or concerns throughout the season and beyond. 

The Jaguars have completed the first two phases of the 2018 season ticket campaign.  The renewal window closed in mid-March and the brief relocation window for existing season ticket members recently took place.  New sales began the first week of April.  The first opportunity to purchase 2018 season tickets went to those individuals who had already placed a deposit on more than 5,000 seats.  Season tickets are now available for purchase to the general public.  Single game tickets will go on sale immediately when the NFL releases the official 2018 schedule.
