Giving back to the community is easier said than done. That's why the Jacksonville Jaguars have once against put muscle behind their work by volunteering with HabiJax, the local affiliate of Habitat for Humanity, to build homes for low-income families in Jacksonville. Jaguars' players, The Roar, and staff took part in building of homes on Jacksonville's Westside of town. The Jaguars organization has participated in building houses with HabiJax since 1996. In fact, thanks to the proceeds donated from the Sam Kouvaris-Delores Barr Weaver HabiJax Golf Tournament played annually at the San Jose Country Club. The Jaguars have helped build 18 homes since 1996, not counting the results of this year's tournament that was held on May 14.
