Monday Jaguars practice at full capacity

The Jaguars' practice session scheduled to take place at Bartram Trail High School in St. Johns County on Monday is at full capacity, and there is enough space only for those who already registered at jaguars.com.

"We've had a tremendous response from St. Johns County residents to attend this practice, and we appreciate the support and the excitement," said Jaguars President Mark Lamping. "We're looking forward to a great night, but we want everyone to understand that if you did not already register for the event you will not be allowed inside the gates without proof of registration.

"In the interest of safety and fan enjoyment we had to cap the registration due to the physical size of the area, both for parking and for fans to be able to watch practice."

The capacity of the school's football stadium is 2,500, which was the cutoff for registrants.

"We strongly encourage people who cannot show proof of registration for this event to not go to the Bartram Trail High School area on Monday evening," said Commander Chuck Mulligan of the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office. "We will be challenged by heavy traffic flow, and that would be compounded by any unnecessary influx of vehicle and fans."

After Monday the Jaguars will have nine more practice sessions at EverBank Field that are open to the public. The schedule is:

Wednesday, July 30 Practice at 9:55 a.m.  (first day of full pads)
Thursday, July 31 Practice at 9:55 a.m.
Friday, August 1 Practice at 9:55 a.m.
Saturday, August 2 Scrimmage in stadium at 6:45 p.m.
Monday, August 4 Practice at 9:55 a.m.
Tuesday, August 5 Practice at 9:55 a.m.
Wednesday, August 6 Practice at 9:55 a.m.
Monday, August 11 Practice at 9:55 a.m.
